The Coffee Bean And Tea Leaf - ZERO customer service
If you ever buy something from Coffee Bean online first you need to know that they have ZERO customer service. Their phone number 1 80* *** **** is just a message. Their website customer service NEVER EVER returns any messages. So basically there's nobody to complain, that a company this size can have zero customer service is really ridiculous. If you go to an actual store, their employees will only refer to the website. After my experience with Coffee bean, I stopped patronizing them and to tell you the truth I wish they will go out of business for having such disregard to their paying customers.

Every phone number I found on their websites were recordings. There was no way to speak to a live person. Finally, I had to submit a form over the internet. Who knows whether I'll hear anything and whether my issue will be resolved.

Lost $90 dollars in CoffeeBean merchandising simply because the company does not have a customer service. If you send an email now they will answer with a generic copy & paste answer one month later and will do nothing about their customer service is non-existent! Will never patronize Coffee Bean ever again!

Hi, my name is Mike. I stop by the location at 18705 Devonshire Blvd Northridge 91324 at around 0945 today. I asked if they provide the military $1 off which was confirmed. After I notice from 2 cups I only got $1 off instead of $1 off from both cups I asked supervisor if that was a mistake. He was very rude and told me No we dont give$ 1 off from each cup, and I supposed to be thankful even for that. I am not sure how happens that someone gave him a right to talk to me that way and be rude? Is it how Coffee Bean trains their employees for $1 off for 2 cup he. A talk *** about service member in front of other customers? Please call me back and let me know the reason of his behavior. Thanks

I stop by the store to get 2 different drinks and as i was tracking the Coffee Bean always had appreciating us military personnel and offering $1 off from each cup. After I asked cashier if she made mistake I was directly responded upload from supervisor named James in rude way that no we dont give a $1 off from each drink and if I dont like I am free to call customer service and he doesnt care. I never heard someone behave like that. This morning I had a horrible experience that will stop me to go to coffee bean definitely. Even after I spoke with manager she apologized for his behavior but the James never apologized. Cant believe that happen that in US now.

This is the 3rd time I try contacting your co. I have tried 4-5x putting in a code I received for a survey for $1 off. EVERYTIME I put it in I he at message: Oops your code is invalid. I am following instructions on your website. I am now ready to find another coffee co. even though Im a platinum tier loyalty member. This is unacceptable!

Missing points

On oct 20th, I updated the CB app. Once the update was completed my points had all disappeared. Ive been a customer for over 20 years. Repeated attempts to contact them through their website has been impossible.

Missing points

In October 20 th i updated the Coffee Bean app on my iPhone. Once it was updated I went from VIP level to purple level. I have been a Coffee Bean customer for over 20 years. I have been trying to contact the CB through their website, which is a joke. They have yet to resolve my complaint.

I tried to contact the company 3 times. No response although they said they would get back to me soon. Then I said to cancel my order and a week later the mail person came with my delivery and asked $12 to cover shipping. I refused the order and still go not know if I received my credit.

Living in Bahrain since the management has changed, the customer service has declined. I was treated real bad with unprofessional experiences( provocation ) by coffee. Bean staff in Bahrain ( Zahid Town ) i have been trying to get hold of the owners numbers but seems my messages were not delivered by the manager. 2 staff with up normal customer service by 1. ARUNI NISANSALA MODI . The manager suppose to look into the mater and apologies, but unfortunately he turned against the customer . His name is MR MOHAMED NORSHAM KAMARUDIN. Coffee.bean has a good reputation for the past 57 years. This kind off staff will be the resone of spoiling the good jobs that you along with your teams built it up . Looking for your reply . User's recommendation: Ve alert & watch your food while it's been preparing by staff. The staff by the name if ARUNI forced her rules on customer , customer didn't asked for salad dressing on salad. ARUNI NISANSALA told the customer . Have it or leave it !!
